By accessing or using EraseRooms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EraseRooms provides an anonymous, ephemeral chat platform. Key features include:

• Secret rooms accessible via unique codes
• Public chat rooms with AI bot interaction
• Zero message storage — all chats self-destruct on exit
• Optional Pro subscription with enhanced features

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use EraseRooms to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share illegal content of any kind
• Distribute spam or malicious links
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Share content that violates any applicable laws in India or your jurisdiction

4. Anonymous Use & Responsibility

While EraseRooms does not collect your identity, you remain legally responsible for all content you transmit through the Service. Anonymity does not exempt you from applicable laws.

5. Pro Subscription

EraseRooms Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or monthly subscription:

• Pro features activate via a unique code delivered after payment
• Codes are single-use and non-transferable
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the code has not been redeemed
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

EraseRooms and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EraseRooms and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EraseRooms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any data loss (though by design, we store nothing).

8. Limitation of Liability

EraseRooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro, if any.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
